Job Overview

TAT CORPORATION PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA professional at Supervisor level or above to play a key role in managing, supporting, and enhancing the company's enterprise SAP S/4HANA environment.

This position is critical to driving operational excellence, supporting business transformation, and maximizing the value of SAP S/4HANA across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and support the SAP S/4HANA system to ensure stability, security, and optimal performance
  • Design, develop, and implement SAP S/4HANA solutions in collaboration with business units to improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze SAP S/4HANA system performance, perform in-depth troubleshooting, and execute continuous system optimization
  • Establish standards, procedures, and best practices for SAP S/4HANA system management
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, operating procedures, and user guides related to SAP S/4HANA
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide technical guidance to junior IT staff working on SAP S/4HANA
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in SAP S/4HANA
  • Support IT and SAP S/4HANA-related projects in alignment with the company's strategic objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA

  • Strong technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including:

  • SAP S/4HANA Database Administration

  • SAP S/4HANA Performance Tuning
  • SAP S/4HANA Troubleshooting and System Optimization
  • Knowledge of SAP applications, SAP integration, and SAP S/4HANA project implementation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Leadership capability with experience supervising or mentoring team members
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development in SAP S/4HANA
