About the Role

Great Wine (Thailand) is expanding its presence in Koh Samui and is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow distribution and manage on-trade accounts across the island. This role focuses on hotels, resorts, restaurants, beach clubs, and bars, representing a portfolio of premium international wine and spirits brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop on-trade customers in Koh Samui
  • Open new accounts with hotels, resorts, restaurants, beach clubs, and bars
  • Present and sell premium wine and spirits portfolios
  • Conduct tastings, product training, and menu placements
  • Execute promotions, activations, and in-venue brand visibility
  • Build strong relationships with F&B managers, chefs, and bar teams
  • Monitor stock levels, rate of sale, and product rotation
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records

Requirements

  • 2–5 years' experience in sales within hospitality, beverage, or FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of the Koh Samui hospitality market preferred
  • Confident communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Fluent in Thai (spoken and written)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Valid driver's licence

Preferred Experience

Wine, spirits, or premium beverage background

  • Existing network with hotels, resorts, or restaurants
  • WSET or beverage training an advantage
