Working Location: Gaysorn Amarin Tower, BTS Chitlom
Working Hours: 5 days / week (Hybrid: 1 day from the office, 4 days from home)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to leads from provided lists, introducing the product/service and identifying
potential needs following defined scripts. - Qualifying leads based on pre-defined criteria, assessing their suitability for the product/service.
- Present product/service information and answer partner/client questions, addressing concerns and
overcoming objections. - Recard all call details, leads information and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up through phone, email or other communication methods to nurture and qualify leads and/or close
sales. - Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets as defined by the Commercial Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field
- Professional high-level English
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Sales-oriented mindset and attitude
- Ability to learn and understand the features and benefits of the product/service being sold
- Ability to drive sales from interest to close deals
- Knowledge of the hotel and financial industry
