Working Location: Gaysorn Amarin Tower, BTS Chitlom

Working Hours: 5 days / week (Hybrid: 1 day from the office, 4 days from home)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to leads from provided lists, introducing the product/service and identifying

    potential needs following defined scripts.
  • Qualifying leads based on pre-defined criteria, assessing their suitability for the product/service.
  • Present product/service information and answer partner/client questions, addressing concerns and

    overcoming objections.
  • Recard all call details, leads information and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
  • Follow up through phone, email or other communication methods to nurture and qualify leads and/or close

    sales.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets as defined by the Commercial Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related field
  • Professional high-level English
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Sales-oriented mindset and attitude
  • Ability to learn and understand the features and benefits of the product/service being sold
  • Ability to drive sales from interest to close deals
  • Knowledge of the hotel and financial industry
