Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tattoo Studio Manager based in Pattaya, Thailand. The Studio Manager will oversee daily studio operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and lead the team in achieving sales and performance goals. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, supervising staff, managing studio supplies, handling client inquiries, and maintaining a professional and welcoming studio environment. The Manager will also implement operational strategies and support marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and staff
• Proven Team Leadership abilities and skills in Sales to motivate and lead the team
• Experience in Project Management to handle studio operations efficiently
• Organisational and multitasking skills to manage daily studio activities and ensure smooth operations
• Knowledge of the tattoo industry and passion for artistry is a plus
• Previous experience in a management role is preferred
• Proficiency in scheduling and inventory management tools is a benefit
• Strong English language skills
• Must have Thai ID card to apply
