ตำแหน่ง: Accounting Executiveบริษัท พัทยา แอคเคาน์ติ้ง จำกัด กำลังมองหานักบัญชีที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในการทำหน้าที่เป็น Accounting Executive เพื่อเข้าร่วมทีมงานบัญชี ตำแหน่งนี้เป็นส่วนสำคัญในการดูแลงานบัญชีและการเงินของบริษัท

หน้าที่หลัก:

  • ปฏิบัติหน้าที่บันทึกบัญชี ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางการเงิน และจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินตามกำหนดระยะเวลา
  • ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ควบคุมและจัดการการชำระเงิน ลูกหนี้ และเจ้าหนี้ให้เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไข
  • ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงิน เพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจของฝ่ายบริหาร
  • ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำด้านการจัดการบัญชีและการเงิน

ทักษะ คุณสมบัติ และประสบการณ์:

  • มีปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่าทางด้านบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีประสบการณ์ในงานบัญชีการเงินอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  • มีความรู้และเข้าใจการปฏิบัติงานบัญชี กระบวนการจัดทำงบการเงิน และระเบียบข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีวินัย และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
  • มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
