Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Driven Product Leadership

  • Architect and scale ooca's EMR and Digital Twin provider platform

  • Integrate AI/ML capabilities including LLM-based triage, personalization, predictive analytics, embeddings, and NLP features

  • Evaluate and integrate AI frameworks and services into the product safely and ethically

  • Engineering and Architecture

  • Oversee system architecture across web, mobile, and backend: , microservices with Express, Flutter, GCP Cloud Run, MySQL, MongoDB

  • Establish DevOps standards, CI/CD, cloud cost optimization, and scalability

  • Security and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with PDPA and Thai health data regulations

  • Maintain platform reliability, security, and performance

  • Leadership and Collaboration

  • Recruit and mentor an engineering and product team with strong AI experimentation culture

  • Work cross-functionally with clinical experts and product designers to create user-centered experiences
  • Support fundraising and investor communications on technology and AI strategy

Requirements
Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years in software product architecture and delivery
  • Minimum 3 years deploying ML/AI models in production
  • Strong knowledge of , React, TypeScript, GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS)
  • Proven success in AI productization, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and safe deployment of AI in regulated sectors
  • Ability to translate business vision into technical and AI roadmaps and deliver from concept to production
  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards and privacy regulations
  • Experience building and managing engineering teams
