EHS Specialist

Working : Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

1. Conducting safety inspections and risk assessments across all facilities.

2. Collaborate with the Stakeholders/ HSE committee/ Safety Technic to develop and update safety procedures and guidelines.

3. Contribute to the development and implementation that align with the Carbery Group's HSE management, such as Good Catch - Intelex, Enhesa etc.

4. Support the planning and execution of safety training sessions to align with compliance and prevention for all staff.

5. Reviewing, monitoring and ensuring Conduct to ensure compliance with both local and state environmental, health and safety regulations.

6. Contribute to the development and implementation of emergency response plans, drills and any emergency plan concerns.

7. Incident investigations in the preparation of reports and recommendations.

8. Work closely with the HSE Committee/Safety Technic to analyse data and trends related to safety metrics.

9. Support the promotion of a safety culture by creating awareness campaigns and educational materials.

10. Maintaining safety records, documentation, and databases.

11. Collaborate with various departments to integrate safety measures into operations and PPE management

12. Conduct contractor management to the safety standard and ensure compliance with the safety program.

Qualification :

• 1-3 years of experience in Safety Officer or EHS Specialist in the manufacturing Chemical or Food industry are advantages

• Graduated Bachelor's degree in the major of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) with a license

• Good in English.

• Can commute to work by themselves because we don't have the company's bus providing

• Has a chance to renew the contract after 1 year.
