Office Location: Ratchayothin Hills, Bangkok

Office Hours: Mon-Fri, 8 hours a day

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall business strategy for data center thermal management and cooling solutions (including chillers, precision air conditioners, liquid cooling, etc.) in the APAC region to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
  • Lead the expansion and maintenance of key client relationships in APAC (e.g., cloud service providers, internet companies, telecom operators, and large integrators), establishing long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the entire process for major regional projects, organizing bidding, negotiations, contract execution, and payment collection, while coordinating internal and external resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of APAC market policies, competitive landscapes, and client needs to develop localized sales strategies and channel development plans.
  • Build, manage, and empower the APAC sales team, fostering cross-departmental collaboration and optimizing business processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 8+ years of experience in the ICT/data center industry, including 5+ years in APAC regional sales or business management.
  • Experience managing multinational teams is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the data center markets across APAC countries.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and executive-level engagement skills, with the ability to undertake frequent cross-border travel.
  • Established network of client, channel, or ecosystem partner resources in the APAC region.
  • Demonstrated leadership, cross-cultural collaboration skills, and a proactive business development mindset.
