Earthbound is an innovative bio-based startup transforming agricultural waste, particularly leaves, into sustainable materials for the fashion and packaging industries. The company operates in Thailand and China as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise. Supported by Sichuan University's National and Technology Science Park, Earthbound emphasizes advanced research and scalable growth.

Role Description

  • Search for and collect research articles from academic databases ( Google Scholar , Elsevier , Nature , Web of Science etc.) related to bio-based leather technologies.
  • Read, analyze, and summarize the research papers.
  • Prepare weekly research summaries and presentations to the internal (PowerPoint).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in materials science, polymer science, chemical engineering, biomaterials, textile engineering, or related fields

(Applicants from other fields are welcome if they have a strong interest and are willing to learn )

  • Ability to read and understand academic research papers, with basic presentation skills

  • Familiarity with bio-based materials, polymers, or sustainable materials technologies is preferred
