We are the first company in Thailand to manufacture premium quality Microcement & Venetian Plaster with European technologies using locally sourced materials for wholesale & OEM, as well as providing training supports and installation services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Chom Thong. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Key tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting product training for clients, and collaborating with the sales management team to refine strategies.

  • Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking, industry connections, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, distributors, and key partners.
  • Plan, implement, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
  • Build an in-depth understanding of Quaco's products and present them effectively to clients through demonstrations, presentations, and site visits.
  • Provide solutions to client needs and address issues that impact sales performance or customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the growth and performance of assigned markets and client accounts.
  • Represent Quaco at trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and networking functions.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and deliver measurable KPIs.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in Sales practices, including lead generation and closing deals
  • Experience in Training and Sales Management to drive sales performance and optimize team collaboration
  • Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a sales role within a similar industry is highly advantageous
