Job Summary
At Thai Property MCN Agency Group, a subsidiary of Timing Plus Group, we are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Account Executive to support our real estate media and marketing operations. You will be working closely with our digital content and production teams to develop high-impact online media across multiple platforms, helping to enhance the visibility of leading real estate brands in Thailand.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills in Thai and English or Chinese, who can manage content creation, analyze performance insights, and execute effective social media strategies in a fast-growing digital media environment. You will play an essential part in driving online engagement, growing our audience, and supporting the company's mission to innovate and elevate real estate marketing.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are also welcome.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 18:00 PM (5 days/week)
Location: One Bangkok Tower 4 (MRT Lumphini)
What you'll be doing
- Manage and publish engaging content across key social media channels, including TikTok, LINE, and Facebook.
- Develop, execute, and track social media strategies to boost engagement, followers, and overall brand visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics from each platform and provide actionable insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness.
- Understand and apply each platform's advertising guidelines and promotional policies accurately.
- Coordinate with content and production teams during on-site filming to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Interact with followers, handle inquiries, and build strong online relationships to support potential business opportunities.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts (please include follower statistics of accounts you've managed in your application).
- Fresh graduates are welcome with proven internship or project experience.
- Strong ability to manage multiple platforms and communicate effectively with followers.
- Excellent teamwork skills, adaptability, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience in influencer management, community building, or follower engagement is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and advertising dashboards (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LINE OA, etc.) is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English or Chinese is a plus.
