About the Graduate Programme (24 months)

You will be part of a structured development journey created specifically for early-career QA professionals.

During the programme, you will:

• Follow a clear 24-month development roadmap with defined milestones

• Gain hands-on experience in QA automation and testing frameworks

• Learn from experienced QA engineers and automation specialists

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate Software QA Associate (Automation), you'll work as part of an experienced QA and engineering team, gradually increasing responsibility as your skills grow.

You will:

• Learn to understand project requirements and design test scenarios

• Execute manual and automated tests and accurately record results

• Identify, log, and track defects clearly and professionally

• Support the development and maintenance of automated test scripts

• Work with automation frameworks and testing tools

• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders

• Help ensure software meets quality, performance, and reliability standards

• Training and mentoring are provided, you are not expected to work independently from day one.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for strong learners with attention to detail, not finished QA engineers.

You should have:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, with a good academic record

• An interest in software testing, quality assurance, and automation

• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Some exposure to programming or scripting (e.g., Java, Python)

• Interest in automation tools or frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework)

• Good English communication skills

• A methodical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn

• Confidence to ask questions and work collaboratively

Eligibility

• Open to recent graduates or final-year students (2024 or 2025) with the right to work in Thailand
