Job Description

•    Provide accurate interpretation for all internal meetings (including company-wide, departmental, and project sessions) and facilitate daily communication between Japanese managers and local staff.

•    Accompany and support business travelers from Japan HQ, interpreting during site visits, client meetings, and factory tours.

•    Translate crucial business documents such as reports, contracts, and emails accurately between Japanese, English, and the local language.

•    Act as a communication bridge, ensuring effective information flow and clarity between the local office and Japan HQ.

Requirement

MUST

•    Bachelor's degree in related field

•    Japanese: Business level (JLPT N3 up)

•    Owns a personal car and can drive

•    Over 2 years' experience in interpreter

GOOD TO HAVE

•    English: Conversation level

•    Experience in Machine industry
