JobPurpose(Summary of specific contributions oft hisjob):

Manage audit projects as per annual audit plan and take a lead role in a day-to-day execution of internal audit projects, as well as providing a consultation or value-added advice for the management to improve the effectiveness of internal control process.

Responsibilities:

  • IT Business Support Analyst will be involved in technology-based Business solutions, the requirement of the development, delivery and management to internal and external across Business units.
  • Support the IT&Digital Innovation function with day to day operational management and Business administrative activities, including.
  • Oversee cross-functional activities, tracking progress to plan.
  • Providing administrative Support as needed.
  • Supporting the design and delivery of internal communications.
  • Maintaining an agenda and tracking status for the IT&D Leadership Team meetings.
  • Supporting the delivery of IT&Digital Innovation projects and initiatives, including change management, project planning and management tools, including
  • Supporting the maintenance and monitoring of the IT & Digital Innovation transformation portfolio, programs, projects, incorporating updates from the work-stream detailed project plans and reporting.
  • Organizing project status meetings.
  • Creating regular project management reporting, coordinating across all lT&Digital function for up to date and relevant status updates.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met, escalating to the IT&D Leadership Team or project Lead where plans have deviated.
  • Providing Support to the IT&Digital Innovation department and IT&D Leadership team.
  • Supporting the delivery of the IT&Digital Innovation approval letter, budget and coordination with internal and external for budget activities.
  • Provide proper analysis of impacts to the overall IT system landscape for business

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology : Management or related field is preferable.
  • Minimum at least 1-2 years of working experience in Business Administration, IT Business Analyst or IT Business Consulting.
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skill.
  • Proficient in English both speaking and writing.
