Title : Office Receptionist
Reports To : HR Manager
Responsible for : Receptions and administrative task
Contract duration: 3 months (JAN - MAR 2026), renewable - based on individual performance
Salary: 30k-35k
Location: BTS Ploenchit
Industry: Retail (luxury brand)
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer telephones and handle enquiries in appropriate manner.
• Ensure the smooth running of the executive office, developing and maintaining its internal systems.
• Manage correspondence and coordination with the landlord of office building for all administrative matters.
• Supervise daily office administrative operations such as filing system, reception, mailing, office furniture, supplies and maintenance of office infrastructure etc. and improve the Company's cost efficiency while balancing quality.
• Manage and purchase the company assets including office equipment and offices supplies to ensure that the assets are maintained in good shape and are utilized in a cost-effective way to support business needs.
• Participate and implement company projects as required, such as office decoration, office events etc., and provide professional and efficient support to other departments as required.
Requirements & Capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in receptionist & office administration
• Fluent English is a must
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination, organization, and time management skills
• Well-groomed and presentable look
- Able to start immediately would be a big plus
