About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Chaithanin Co.,Ltd.'. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT department and ensuring the smooth running of our technology infrastructure. The role is based in Bang Lamung Chon Buri.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the IT team, providing leadership, guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively
• Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to align with the company's overall business objectives
• Monitor and maintain the company's technology systems, including hardware, software, networks and security
• Analyse and identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Manage and coordinate IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
• Provide technical support and advice to employees across the organisation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend new solutions as appropriate

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in an IT management or leadership role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Strong technical expertise and understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Proficient in project management, with the ability to plan, organise and coordinate multiple projects
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
