HRD Support

Job Descriptions:

• Research and curate relevant articles, videos, infographics, and AI-powered learning resources.
• Create original microlearning content such as short posts, videos, and interactive quizzes on platform.
• Write clear, engaging captions and summaries to attract attention and drive engagement.
• Design visually appealing presentations and digital assets using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, or Generative AI platforms.
• Monitor content performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate logistics and communication for events in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote knowledge-sharing culture and support interactive and L&D activities (e.g., Better U Festival, Appreciation events).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Media, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify and present content in an engaging way.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, plus familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT.
• Basic skills in video editing or graphic design; digital-savvy with interest in learning new tools and trends.
• Proactive, highly alert, fast learner, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative mindset with creativity and a willingness to share and propose new ideas.
