Manufacturing Director

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the overall Manufacturing function including overseeing Production Space and Capacity planning.

• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Ensure meeting Company's Manufacturing goals, in co-ordination with all supporting departments, with high quality, efficiency and cost-effective manufacturing operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To layout Strategy for Plant Capacity, in terms of Cleanroom Space, Production Lines, Equipment and Tooling allocation.
• To manage and control preparation of Space and obtaining of necessary Capacity Equipment, Tooling and other items, including expansion activity, to support customer requirements.
• To manage and control Line setup and qualification to be production ready per plan.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, procurement and quality, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the manufacturing process.
• Overseeing the production process and ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing department, including production scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Manage and develop a high-performing manufacturing team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Engineering, with IE exposure.

Skill Required:

• This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge and experience in Industrial Engineering function, to manage the Team, Equipment, Tooling and Space resources optimally.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Experience: Minimum 20 years.
