PROJECT SUPERVISOR: INTERIOR & VM

Project supervisor will participate in development and creation of any new pop-up boutiques, sales events, look book shooting and maintains store displays to make product visually appealing to customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

INTERIOR

·       Participating in the development of different concepts/retail spaces of all the brands in the company: SRETSIS, LITTLE SISTER and SRETSIS PARLOUR for each location.

·       Defining the elements to be developed, including the technical part in collaboration with the contractors and out-source suppliers.

·       Drawing plans, details and providing perspective of new development designs.

·       Being the guarantor of the brand book to make sure that all design elements follow the brand guideline and CI.

·       Work closely with Creative Director and Art Director on bringing any new ideas for the brands.

·       Initiate and monitor the quality and budget expenditure of all tasks

VM

·       Manage all aspects of the visual merchandising process from initial layout design to final execution, ensuring cohesive and effective presentation

·       Create appealing window displays, mannequins, signs and promotional displays that attract target customers into the store

·       Design and arrange in-store displays to be both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, optimizing product placement and flow to maximize customer interaction and sales

MAINTENANCE

·       In-store Fixture maintenance, collaborate with suppliers on the maintenance of in-store fixtures and furniture

·       Responsible for compiling and submitting VM reports for update and counter

QUALIFICATIONS

·    BA in Interior or Architecture Design or any related field

· years experience in Luxury or fashion retail project

·     Proficiency of AutoCAD, Adobe Design Suite, 3D Software (Sketchup, 3DS Max)

·     Love to work as a team

·     Interest in Art, Design and Fashion

·    Creative thinking and interest in Fashion, Art and Design

·    Flexible and open-minded, with excellent communication skills

·    Great command of English and Thai

·    Ability to promote change and to take smart risks on bringing new ideas for the brand

·   Strong leadership and negotiation skills with initiative and managerial abilities
