We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to manage all technical aspects of our web presence, including our e-commerce platform, internal tools, and critical business process automation.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, database management, API creation, and will have specific experience in Shopify development and enterprise-wide process automation.

Skills Needed (e.g., Coding Languages)

Full-Stack/Web
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (modern frameworks like are a plus)

Back-End
- Proficiency in a major server-side language (e.g., Python, , PHP, or Ruby)

Database & API
- Experience with SQLite or other relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Expertise in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.

E-commerce
- Shopify Web Development (Liquid templating, Shopify API/GraphQL, theme customization, app integration).

System & File Management
- Strong knowledge of image file system management and metadata handling.

Automation
- Proficiency with scripting and tools for process automation (e.g., Python scripts, workflow automation platforms).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front-End & Back-End Development: Design and build new web pages, features, and user interfaces (UIs) from concept to deployment.
  • UI Development: Develop the user interface and system architecture for an internal tool.
  • Shopify Development: Customize, maintain, and optimize our Shopify store, including custom theme development and integrating third-party services via API.
  • Data/API Development: Create a robust back-end system and API for the new image metadata database (using SQLite or similar DB).
  • Process Automation: Analyze current business workflows across departments and implement automated solutions to improve efficiency (e.g., automating data entry, reporting, or inter-departmental communication flows).

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer, or in a highly technical and multi-faceted role.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing back-end systems and APIs.
  • Prior experience in a role involving Shopify Web Development and extensive theme/app customization.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing image/file-based data and metadata within a database system.
  • Experience in automating complex business processes to deliver quantifiable time or cost savings.
