Junior Project Manager
supports coordination and execution of digital projects across Mobile Banking, Web, and Tablet channels by tracking progress, preparing documents, and assisting cross‑team communication to ensure timely and smooth delivery.

Job description

  • Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects across the bank's customer-facing platforms
  • Assists senior project managers in tracking project progress, preparing project documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Helps manage day-to-day project operations, resolves minor issues, facilitates communication among stakeholders, and contributes to smooth and efficient project delivery within the bank's digital transformation initiatives
  • Oversee and manage disbursement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
