About the role

Selina Operation Phuket Ltd. is seeking a talented Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant team in Phuket. As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bar, delivering exceptional customer service and overseeing the bar team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and expertise in the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the bar, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and ordering supplies
2. Ensure consistently high-quality beverage preparation and service, maintaining strict adherence to brand standards
3. Provide excellent customer service, anticipating and catering to the needs of our guests
4. Train and mentor bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
5. Assist in the development and implementation of bar-related promotions and special events
6. Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales, inventory, and staffing data
7. Collaborate with the wider hospitality team to contribute to the overall success of the venue

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the bar or hospitality industry
2. Extensive knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and beverage preparation
3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a memorable guest experience
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate a team
5. Proficiency in Thai and English languages
6. Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
7. Thai nationality
