As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing real estate developer clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new prospects within the real estate developer market segment, leveraging market research, networking, and industry insights to identify opportunities and generate new business leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct ongoing research, monitoring, and analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Arrange and conduct regular phone and face-to-face meetings with clients to discuss their needs, present relevant solutions and proposals, address inquiries or concerns, and negotiate and close deals.
  • Collaborate with management and leadership teams to develop innovative and tailored solutions for new and existing real estate developer clients, leveraging company resources, products, and services.
  • Prepare and deliver multimedia solution proposals to clients, utilizing a variety of communication tools and platforms.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, handling objections or complaints as needed to facilitate deal closure and ensure mutually beneficial agreements that meet client needs and company objectives.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Proven experience in managing and developing client relationships, with a strong ability to understand client needs, build rapport, and drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Demonstrated success in new business development and lead generation, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and market research capabilities, with the ability to conduct thorough research, analyze market trends and competitor activities, and identify opportunities for business growth and development.
  • Proven negotiation skills and deal-closing abilities, with the ability to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, handle objections, and facilitate successful deal closures to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the real estate industry, including market dynamics, trends, and challenges, with a passion for staying updated on industry developments and innovations to drive continuous learning and development.
