Content Creator Executive

Location: Base in Sathorn, Bangkok and visit plant in Hatyai city (1 time/month)

Working day: Mon- Fri (Alternate Saturday as WFH) / Flexible hour (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM)

Job Purpose To manage content creation, develop and present creative ideas, and deliver high-quality content that captures audience attention and builds brand recognition. Responsible for writing, editing, and producing creative materials across multiple platforms in order to enhance brand visibility and create opportunities for business growth.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee operational tasks, content writing/editing, and story creation; arrange and publish in alignment with the company's content strategy.
2. Create engaging online content, including videos and images, to promote company products and services.
3. Monitor and improve online engagement performance across multiple platforms.
4. Design marketing strategies to attract target audiences, aiming to expand the customer base.
5. Support campaigns and promotional activities across all digital channels.
6. Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and bloggers to build impactful and engaging campaigns.
7. Analyze market trends, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize content strategy for sustainable growth.
8. Monitor competitors, lifestyle, and digital marketing trends to create and share new content ideas.
9. Ensure the company's online platforms are interactive, engaging, and responsive.
10. Solve operational problems and coordinate with relevant functions to ensure smooth workflow.
11. Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Business Administration (Marketing), or a related field.
• Work Experience: At least 2 years in a Content Creator role
• Experience working in the supplement, cosmetic, or FMCG sectors, it is considered a plus.
• Proven experience in content creation, video production, or online community management.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and data analytics.
• Strong creativity and excellent storytelling skills.

Additional Skills

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe, Canva, and video editing tools.
• Ability to create multimedia content (text, image, video).
• Knowledge and experience in e-commerce platforms and marketing tools.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
