About Us

Veda Siam Co., Ltd. is a growing hospitality group with restaurants, cafés, and exciting new projects such as the Coliseum Complex in Phuket. We are looking for a Senior Accountant to be the first in-house accounting professional who will play a vital role in setting up and managing our financial systems.

What You'll Do

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Thai GAAP).

Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Handle payroll, ensuring compliance with Thai labor law and social security regulations.

Oversee VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax filings with the Revenue Department.

Act as the main contact with outsourced accounting firm; review reports, follow up on tax filings, and ensure accuracy.

Develop document flow and control systems for invoices, receipts, and tax documents.

Support internal and external audits, liaising with auditors, banks, and government agencies.

Supervise and guide junior staff when required.

Collaborate with HR and Operations on financial matters (e.g., service charge, staff benefits, project expenses).

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA (Thailand) or equivalent is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B, or retail.

Strong knowledge of Thai tax law, accounting standards, and labor regulations.

Experience working with outsourced accounting firms.

Ability to design and implement internal control and document management systems.

Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or local Thai systems) and Excel/Google Sheets.

Good communication skills in Thai and English.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive.
