Senior Auditor

Job Description:

  • Plan financial audits by understanding organizational objectives, structure, policies, processes, internal controls, and external regulations; identify risk areas; prepare audit scopes and objectives; and develop audit programs.
  • Perform audits of financial statements using various methodologies, including inquiry, vouching, tracing, examination, observation, and analysis.
  • Evaluate internal controls and accounting systems; recommend areas for improvement.
  • Complete audit work papers and memoranda by documenting audit tests and findings.
  • Maintain client relationships at the appropriate level and present a positive impression of the firm.
  • Contribute to team results by supporting new and varied work requirements and assisting colleagues as needed.
  • Stay up to date with changes or planned updates to accounting standards or other relevant pronouncements and understand their impact on audit strategy.
  • Strong communication skills, ensuring effective collaboration with the team and professional engagement with clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of audit experience in any industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Enthusiasm and readiness for new assignments.
  • Willingness to travel within Thailand as needed.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
