We're looking for a visionary Creative Art Director to conceptualize and create visual designs and all forms of advertising media for three of our key projects:

  • BEAT Active: Your role will involve creating and overseeing visuals and media that powerfully convey energy, fun, and an active lifestyle, drawing people to play and exercise at BEAT Active.
  • SAMA Garden: You'll be instrumental in communicating the "Green Lifestyle Centre" concept, inspiring and attracting target audiences to immerse themselves in the SAMA Garden experience.
  • Retail Management: You'll focus on creating compelling visual narratives to promote our prime retail and service spaces, attracting potential tenants and highlighting the value of our properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Creative Concepts: Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of innovative and compelling visual designs, campaigns, and multimedia content for BEAT Active, SAMA Garden, and Retail Management. Ensure all creative outputs align with each brand's unique identity, marketing objectives, and target audience.
  • Brand Guardianship: Maintain and evolve each brand's visual identity, guidelines, and tone across all platforms. Ensure consistency and quality in all creative assets.
  • Campaign Development: Translate marketing briefs into powerful visual stories and advertising media (e.g., digital ads, social media content, print materials, on-site branding, video concepts).
  • Art Direction & Quality Control: Provide strong art direction for all visual elements, ensuring aesthetic excellence, brand integrity, and effective communication. Oversee the production process from concept to final delivery.
  • Market Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, design innovations, and competitor activities to ensure our creative strategies remain fresh, relevant, and impactful.
