We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (Logistics & Freight Forwarding)

Location: Si Racha, Chonburi, Thailand

Company: MDD International (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

We're looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing logistics team

If you have strong experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management, and a talent for building long-term customer relationships, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share.


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both local and international markets.


• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.


• Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.


• Achieve sales and revenue targets.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding sales or business development.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Good command of English & Thailand (spoken and written).


• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
