Job Responsibilities

  1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

    Oversee full accounting operations of the Thailand subsidiary in compliance with BOI requirements; prepare bilingual (Chinese–Thai) financial statements in accordance with both CAS and TFRS; drive ERP implementation and optimization (SAP/Oracle preferred) to enhance financial digitalization.

  2. Tax Compliance & Planning

    Manage all tax filings and payments in Thailand; conduct tax planning to optimize the company's tax structure.

  3. Budgeting & Cost Control

    Lead annual budgeting and budget control processes; manage production cost accounting and analysis, identify key cost variances, and propose cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.

  4. Cash & Risk Management

    Develop cash management plans and control daily cash flows; establish and enforce financial policies and procedures to mitigate operational and tax risks.

  5. Cross-functional Coordination

    Liaise with group headquarters to provide financial analysis support and coordinate with local auditors and tax authorities.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; CPA (China or Thailand) is a plus
  2. Minimum 5 years of finance experience in manufacturing
  3. At least 2 years of full-scope finance management experience in Thailand
  4. Thai nationality with Chinese proficiency is required
  5. Fluent in Chinese and Thai; English is a plus
  6. Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
