Key Responsibilities
S&OP Process Leadership
Own S&OP cycle: Demand Review, Supply Review, Consensus, Executive S&OP.
- Ensure decisions are made on forecast accuracy, supply gaps, cost impact, and customer prioritization.
- Build a solid mid-long term alignment outlook (3–18 months).
Lead cross-functional alignment on the one agreed operating plan.
Connect with Demand Planner on:
Leading demand forecasting process across Export, Domestic of all 3F and F4 (RTE) categories.
- Leverage our developed Demand planner Tracker Tools (which combines sales plan, progress, market intelligence, customer insights, and promotions.
Hold commercial teams accountable for forecast accuracy and define gaps
Supply Planning with Shrimp Procurement Alignment
Work with Procurement to ensure farm supply, size distribution, and volume forecasts align with commercial needs.
- Work with Planning Team to translate demand into production plans by SKU, plant, PD lines, and certification requirement.
- Evaluate risks or Gap : supply shortages, certification constraints, labor availability.
Coordinate Data with Procurement team on TFM feedmill / farm sourcing for forward-looking (3–6 months) pond for harvest projections.
Connect with Production Team to:
Create production plans balancing productivity, yield, cost, labor.
- Optimize line loading for all plants or how re-allocation should be made( 3 frozen plants + 1 RTE).
- Recommend make-or-buy decisions - Volume-wise, OT policies, or shift adjustments to achieve cost targets (Align with finance on cost)
Support continuous improvement and automation initiatives (labor reduction roadmap).
Inventory
Define and maintain healthy inventory levels: optimal level to produce to stock during low/high season, slow-moving stock reduction.
- Breakdown medium-term inventory that will turn into aging ahead of time and guide PIC
Align with PD team to analyze upcoming blind sizes that will occurs from production 3 months ahead of time - to reduce chance of adding those into inventory
Connect with Finance Team to:
Align volume and mix forecasts with Finance for budgeting, profit forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Understand margin impact of product mix, yield variation, and conversion cost differences between production lines and plants
Align on optimal production volumes need for each period vs. cost impact.
Data, Systems and S&OP Process
Strengthen S&OP Process, master data and planning parameters.
- Develop dashboards for S&OP KPIs: forecast accuracy, Procurement to pd plan, capacity utilization, slow-moving inventory.
Build governance and discipline to ensure continuous improvement of the S&OP process.
Leadership and Stakeholder Management
Lead a multi-functional planning team (Demand, Supply, MPS, Procurement).
- Serve as the neutral integrator between Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance.
- Drive a sense of urgency, transparency, and fact-based decision-making throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP, or operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in demand and supply planning, production scheduling, and inventory management in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Experience in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of S&OP processes, demand forecasting, and supply planning.
- Proficiency in planning tools, ERP systems, and data analytics
- Advanced skills in Excel and dashboard development for KPI tracking.
- Understanding financial planning and cost analysis.
- Strategic thinking with ability to manage mid- to long-term planning (3–18 months).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate risks and develop contingency plans.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to align diverse teams.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
- Ability to lead and develop a multi-functional planning team.
- High sense of urgency, transparency, and fact-based decision-making.
