Responsibilities:

• Account Payable duties for local, Oversea
• Transfer payment by E-bank to supplier, shipping.
• Issuing cheque for staff and shipping (import duty every weeks)
• Prepare application to foreign telegraphic Transfer
• Recording journal voucher for administration expenses
• Online Submitting withholding tax PND.3,53, PP.30, PP.36
• Preparing report Account Payale balance, accured expenses & VAT, Purchasing,  Agent commission, Fixed assets report
• Inputting  Diva program
• Gain & Loss exchange rate report
• Checking stock 2 times/ year
• Supporting documentation to the revenue dept. and auditor.
• Performing other accounting tasks as assigned by Manager

MUST

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting
• Experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping at least 5 years
• Intermediate level of English
• Familiarity with ERP system and the Microsoft Office.
