  1. Consulting, Design & Analysis


• Lead client meetings and workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.


• Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable Power Platform solutions.


• Design data models in Microsoft Dataverse, including schema, relationships, columns, and security (roles, business units).


• Produce detailed design documentation: solution design, functional, and technical specifications.

  1. Development & Implementation


• Develop advanced Model-driven Apps: customize UI (Forms, Views, Dashboards), implement Business Rules, Business Process Flows, and extend using JavaScript.


• Create responsive, user-friendly Canvas Apps with strong UI/UX focus.


• Design and implement Power Automate Cloud Flows for complex process automation and integrations.


• Develop and deploy Custom Connectors to integrate third-party APIs.


• Deploy solutions across environments (Dev, UAT, Prod) using ALM best practices.

  1. Technical Leadership & Mentorship


• Mentor junior developers and team members on Power Platform tools and best practices.


• Establish and maintain high development standards and solution quality.


• Advise on emerging Power Platform features and technologies.


• Serve as a technical advisor to Project Managers and clients.

  1. Testing & Maintenance


• Plan and perform system testing (Unit, Integration) to ensure reliability and alignment with requirements.


• Provide 3rd-level support and troubleshoot post-deployment issues.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience

· years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

· years total experience in IT or software development.

Technical Skills

·       Advanced expertise in Model-driven App design and development.

·       In-depth knowledge of the Power Platform ecosystem: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Power Pages.

·       Strong proficiency in Power BI and Data Analysis.

·       Strong experience with Dataverse schema and management.

·       Proficiency in building robust Power Automate Flows with API integrations.

·       Skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS for custom UI enhancements.

·       Familiarity with ALM practices using tools like Azure DevOps and Power Platform Solutions.

Preferred:

·       Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD).

·       Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations.

·       Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

·       Strong presentation and client interaction skills.

·       Proven leadership and team mentoring abilities.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Highly Desirable Certifications:

·       PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate

·       PL-200: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate

·       PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
