DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.

·       Generate the various document control reports as required in both digital and physical formats.

·       Typing of site documents, and follow up of all site needs

·       Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to negotiation staffs and the main-contractor

·       Ensure all documents are updated to the latest version of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly

·       Maintain the documents and drawings in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability.

·       Coordinate with negotiation staff for documentation.

·       Work closely with QA/QC, construction, engineering, procurement, and other relevant departments

·       Undertaking general administrative duties including:

  • General word processing.

  • Filing, copying and mailing.

  • Collation and distribution of minutes, reports and other documents

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

·       Fluent in reading, writing and spoken English.

·       Effective verbal skills with ability to communicate complex ideas to customers at all levels of understanding within the organization.

·       Excellent Interpersonal and organization skills.

·       Good MS Office.

·       Good personality in order to liaise with local government sectors.

·       Having knowledge of engineering disciplines (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) is advantage.
