Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above.

Proficient in English and Thai.

Proficient in Excel and ppt.

Preferred Qualifications: Fresh or up to 2 years experience in ecommerce; direct experience in relevant categories preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logic and problem solving skill.

A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
