Job Title: Accounting & ERP System Manager

Key Responsibilities

System & API Integration

• Manage API connections, data mapping, webhook integration, and testing processes
• Coordinate onboarding and technical integration for new merchants and partners
• Ensure integrations follow security standards and compliance requirements

Technical Support & Incident Handling

• Analyze and troubleshoot integration issues across staging and production
• Work with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to resolve incidents
• Support monitoring, logging, and issue investigation related to payment flows
• Document integration flows, API usage, and troubleshooting guidelines

Project & Collaboration

• Participate in new feature rollout, partner launches, and technical enhancements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk)
• Work closely with external technical teams during UAT and go-live phases

Process Improvement

• Identify gaps in integration workflows and propose improvements
• Support automation initiatives to reduce manual work and increase reliability
• Ensure integration processes align with business and compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in IT Integration, Technical Support, or System Engineering
• Hands-on experience working with API-based integrations
• Strong understanding of payment systems, fintech, banking, or financial platform
• Familiar with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure or equivalent)
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and IT security concepts
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
