The Senior Regulatory Reporting is responsible for leading the preparation and submission of regulatory reports to ensure compliance with local standards. This role requires strong coordination across departments, a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, and the flexibility to support additional tasks beyond core responsibilities.

Your Role

  • Lead the preparation, review, and timely submission of reports to regulatory authorities including BOT, NCB and others.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and completeness of all regulatory reporting data.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance Accounting, Risk, IT, and business units to gather and validate data.
  • Proactively monitor changes in regulatory requirements and coordinate updates to internal processes and reporting tools.
  • Oversee control processes to reduce reporting risks and enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Contribute to ongoing system improvement, automation, and reporting transformation projects.
  • Perform other duties and special assignments as delegated by senior management.
  • Support accounting-related tasks or reconciliations if required, especially during month-end or reporting periods.

Specifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in regulatory reporting, compliance, financial control, or audit within the financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulatory frameworks (e.g., BOT, NCB)
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or other reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliations.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  • Able to speak fluently in Thai
