Principal Accountabilities:

  • Manage site on sales and distribution of lubricant.
  • Manage sales promotion and merchandizing in the area.
  • Increase distribution coverage/OHD and enhance merchandising at outlets
  • Control of expenditure
  • Minimize credit risk.
  • Manage, control, develop, supervise, motivate and appraise subordinates (Assistant, Telemarketers, Van sales, Admin.officers, casual labors, drivers, and contractors.).
  • Manage, control and maintain of company's assets at all sites.
  • Optimize fleet utilization and sale forces.
  • Prevent and control loss of stock/cash at the sites. Ensure stock reconciliation is properly carried out at least on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure Shell's standards of safety, ethics and quality are applied.
  • Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups and in-store merchandising
  • Track team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. Provide timely feedback to team members on the execution of sales action plans and development areas
