We are looking for a passionate, responsive, and content-savvy
Community Engagement Specialist
to join our growing digital team. This role is crucial in managing day-to-day engagement with our audiences across social platforms — from responding to comments and chats, ideating short-form content, and going live to build deeper connections and drive e-commerce sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Comment & Chat Management

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, Shopee, Lazada, etc.) promptly and professionally, using brand tone-of-voice.
  • Escalate sensitive issues, complaints, or product inquiries to relevant departments while ensuring the customer feels heard and supported.
  • Proactively join trending topics or conversations relevant to the brand.

2. Content Creation Support

  • Ideate and propose engaging, community-first content concepts (e.g. memes, replies, fan photos, UGC challenges).
  • Capture short behind-the-scenes or unboxing clips, answer FAQ-style videos, or create fun responses in sticker/GIF/shorts format.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to produce visually compelling micro-content.

3. Live Hosting & Interaction

  • Act as co-host or main host during scheduled livestreams on platforms like TikTok, Facebook, or Shopee Live.
  • Prep product talking points, run mini-games or giveaways, and answer real-time questions during lives.
  • Coordinate with the e-commerce and product teams to sync inventory, pricing, and product focus during live sessions.

4. Community Insights & Sentiment Monitoring

  • Capture key insights from daily chats and comments: what people love, complain about, or suggest.
  • Prepare weekly summary reports of community sentiment and frequently asked questions.
  • Collaborate with digital, CRM, and product teams to turn feedback into improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

·       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (or strong relevant experience)

· –3 years of experience in social media or community management (new graduates welcome if energetic and social)

·       Strong written & speaking communication skills in Thai (English a plus) with a friendly, witty, and brand-aligned tone

·       Comfortable on camera and confident hosting livestreams

·       Familiar with trends, meme culture, and platform behavior (especially TikTok & Instagram)

·       Passion for lifestyle, gadgets, and e-commerce storytelling

·       Basic design skills in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva are a plus but not required
