Role Description

This is a contract role for a Digital Business Analyst based in Bangkok, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some flexibility for remote work. The Digital Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, mapping out business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions. Daily tasks include gathering and interpreting data, specifying digital workflows, and communicating findings effectively to stakeholders. The role also involves recommending improvements to drive efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in understanding and mapping Business Processes and Business Requirements to support digital and operational transformation.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, team members, and management.
  • Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments, demonstrating reliability and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in digital transformation, project management, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Must be a Thai citizen.
