Responsibilities:

- Reviewing, advising on, negotiating and drafting the legal document i.e. sales and purchase agreement, letters of intent, non-binding offers, confidentiality agreements, MOUs and other transaction documents.

- Handling general corporate and commercial matters such as loan agreements, lease agreements, employment matters and jurisdiction.

- Structure contracts and agreements to support new business models and opportunities.

- Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on various legal matters, including regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management.

- Handling claims, investigations, disputes and related litigious matters

- Oversee statutory filings, corporate records, and regulatory submissions in compliance with Thai laws and international best practices.

- Oversee and manage powers of attorney to ensure compliance with the company's approval authority framework.

- Establishing and managing relationships with external legal firms.

- Updating new regulations and alerting impacted divisions/functions.

Qualification:

-  Bachelor's degree or higher in Law

-  A certified lawyer is preferred

-  Experience in real estate business

-  Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance

-  Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills

-  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

-  Commercial minded, strong business acumen to understand business goals and strategy
