พนักงานขาย TUMI

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Drive sales by promoting and upselling products to meet sales targets.
• Assist with visual merchandising to enhance the store's appearance and attract customers.
• Conduct regular stock checks and participate in inventory counts.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.
• Work closely with cross-departmental e.g., Brand Marketing / IT /accounting to ensure alignment objectives and resolve the problem.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience Sale-Service in fashion, lifestyles, Streetfighter
• Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
• Chinese- English.  Additional languages spoken are a plus.
• Must be a good team player, pleasant, service-oriented with good communication skills.

Computer Skills

Basic skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Language

Able to communicate in English and Thai. Additional languages spoken are a plus.
