About the Role

We are seeking a Senior BOI Specialist to lead and manage all matters related to Thailand's Board of Investment (BOI) incentives and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in BOI project applications, investment promotion benefits, and post-approval management to ensure the company maintains full compliance and maximizes available privileges.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage BOI application processes for new and existing projects.

• Coordinate with the BOI office, government agencies, and internal departments regarding investment promotion privileges.

• Prepare and submit required BOI documentation (applications, progress reports, import duty exemption requests, machinery lists, etc.).

• Advise management and project teams on BOI privileges, procedures, and regulatory updates.

• Oversee and ensure ongoing compliance with BOI regulations and conditions.

• Monitor and renew BOI certificates and privileges before expiration.

• Support foreign experts' work permit and visa processes under BOI privileges.

• Maintain strong relationships with BOI officials and relevant government agencies.

• Provide training and internal guidance on BOI matters for relevant staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience handling BOI projects, including applications and post-approval compliance.

• In-depth knowledge of BOI regulations, investment promotion laws, and Thai government incentive programs.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with government officers.

• Excellent command of English and Thai (both written and spoken).

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience working in multinational companies or consulting firms is an advantage.
