Director - Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Define technology roadmaps and priorities aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery across teams.
- Drive technical excellence through robust architecture, code quality, and system performance.
- Champion Agile, DevOps, and automation best practices.
- Mentor and develop engineering leaders to foster a culture of accountability, learning, and innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align business needs with technical execution.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and leadership roles (Tech Lead, Development Manager, etc.)
- Lead multiple high-performing engineering teams (10–20 members).
- Hands-on expertise in NodeJS, NestJS, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Proven success managing large Agile teams and complex technical projects e.g. Product Information, Pricing & Promotion, supply chain, and POS systems.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, wholesale domains is a plus
- Must be on-site 100%
