Job Title: Debt Collection SPECIALIST

Job Summary: Performs debt collection operation, including overdue reminders, repayment negotiation and debt restructuring, to recover debts from overdue customers.

Responsibilities:

Perform debt collection on overdue customers via various communication channels including phone calls, message apps, and field visits.

Negotiate repayment plans with overdue customers, perform debt restructuring, and provide information to help them understand how to resolve their unpaid accounts.

Be the liaison of debt collection agencies.

Manage customer complaints of debt collection and make sure that debt collection activities are compliant with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

~5 years of experience in debt collection, preferably in banking, fintech, or a collection office. Having debt collection experience of SME customers is a plus.

Knowledge of local debt collection regulations and best practice.

Fluent in Thai. Proficient in English or Mandarin speaking and writing.

Proficient in Excel.

Ability to make field visits.
