1.1 Production & Operations Management
Plan and control daily production operations to meet volume, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Monitor and improve OEE, productivity, downtime, and yield.
Optimize manpower, machinery, and utilities utilization.
1.2 Supply Chain & SCM Integration
Align production planning with demand forecast and sales plans.
Ensure material availability while minimizing excess inventory.
Oversee inventory planning: safety stock, FIFO/FEFO, inventory turnover.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
Manage supply chain risks and contingency planning.
1.3 Quality, Food Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC/ISO 22000.
Lead internal and external audits.
Oversee QA/QC, traceability, and CAPA systems.
1.4 Maintenance & Engineering
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Improve MTTR / MTBF and equipment reliability.
Manage engineering projects and CAPEX.
1.5 Warehouse & Logistics Interface
Ensure efficient inbound/outbound flow.
Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse safety.
Support delivery readiness and truck utilization.
1.6 Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental laws.
Promote zero-accident culture.
Lead risk assessments and safety training.
1.7 People Management & Leadership
Lead and develop department heads and supervisors.
Manage manpower planning, performance evaluation, and succession.
Promote continuous improvement of culture.
1.8 Cost Control & Continuous Improvement
Control manufacturing and supply chain related costs.
Drive lean, kaizen, and productivity initiatives.
1.9 Reporting & Coordination
Prepare plant and SCM performance reports.
Coordinate with Commercial, SCM, Finance, HR, and QA.
