About the role

We are seeking an experienced Safety Chief to oversee occupational health, safety, and environmental operations in a manufacturing setting. This role ensures compliance with Thai regulations and international standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety system audits, as well as strong leadership in promoting a safety-first culture across the organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement annual safety, health, and environmental plans.
  2. Supervise employees to ensure compliance with safety standards and company regulations.
  3. Report safety performance results to relevant authorities and coordinate with external parties.
  4. Maintain compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental laws.
  5. Manage and improve the environmental and occupational health management systems.
  6. Support ISO audits and ensure timely resolution of safety issues.
  7. Continuously develop safety programs to meet legal and company requirements.
  8. Conduct employee safety training and manage activities such as annual health checks and fire evacuation drills.
  9. Maintain and manage safety documentation independently.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
  2. Minimum 8 years' experience in Safety, Environment, and Occupational Health Management in manufacturing.
  3. Strong knowledge of Thai safety regulations and hands-on experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
  4. Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 management systems.
  5. Must hold a Professional Level Safety Officer License (Jor Por.) from the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare.
  6. Certified Internal Auditor (ISO standards).
