Customer Success Manager

Customer Success Manager to join our team in Bangkok. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support, contributing to the overall satisfaction and retention of our client base.
What you'll be doing
- Serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key customers, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive continued business growth
- Resolving complex customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborating cross-functionally to implement customer success strategies and optimise processes
- Conducting regular check-ins and reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and generating reports on customer health and retention
- Providing feedback and insights to the wider business to inform product development and service enhancements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within a call centre or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data analysis techniques
- Demonstrated track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Proactive, self-motivated and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail
