About the role

This is a full-time position as a TOM Specialist (Operation) at YFY Jupiter (Thailand) Co., Ltd, based in Panong, Chonburi. As a TOM Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

1. SAP system maintenance

1.1 Vendor code creation and data mantainence

1.2 Create transaction relevant orders

1.3 Generate documents which are related to delivery.

1.4 Generate billing documents, such as invoice.

2. Monthly consolidate additional account expenses and ensuring timely payment collection

3. Daily follow up demand forecast and stock level.

4. Working closely with supplier on production status.

What we're looking for

  1. 3+ years working experience on operation / customer service position

  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and systems and other relevant software.

  3. With the characteristic of organized and discipline.

  4. English proficiency: TOEIC 700 or equivalent

  5. Good Chinese as 3rd language is a plus (for South East Asia sites)

  6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management, Industrial Engineering Management, or Printing-related fields.

  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  8. Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM)

  9. A positive, customer-centric attitude and a genuine desire to help others
