Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Executive to support our fast-growing marketing department. Working directly under the Marketing Director, this role plays a key part in executing digital marketing initiatives, managing content creation, supporting e-commerce projects, and assisting with research and operational tasks.

This is a hands-on position suited for someone who is highly organized, digitally skilled, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Digital Platform Support

  • Assist in managing and updating website content using WordPress, WooCommerce, and Elementor Page Builder
  • Support landing page design, optimization, and technical troubleshooting
  • Assist with Bangtao Fight store's Shopify site, including product listings, layout updates, and e-commerce marketing improvements

2. Email Marketing & Automation

  • Create and schedule email campaigns using Mailchimp
  • Build email sequences, automations, and audience segmentation
  • Track performance metrics, compile reports, and suggest improvements

3. Content Creation & Copywriting

  • Write content for:

  • Event promotions

  • Blog articles
  • Sales pages and landing pages
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Social media and Meta Ads support
  • Ensure tone, style, and messaging remain consistent across all platforms

4. SEO Execution & Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
  • Assist in building SEO content plans and optimisation strategies
  • Implement on-page SEO (meta data, internal links, content structure)
  • Optimise blog posts, website pages, and product descriptions for search visibility

5. E-Commerce & Merchandising Support

  • Help manage product uploads, content updates, and site improvements on Shopify
  • Assist with digital merchandising, product storytelling, and campaign launches for Bangtao Fightstore
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for new product drops

6. Project Support & Research

  • Assist the Marketing Director with:

  • Research tasks

  • Vendor vetting and supplier comparisons
  • Competitor and market research
  • Report creation and insights summaries
  • Support execution of various digital and non-digital marketing initiatives

7. Project Management

  • Track tasks and deliverables using
  • Assist in maintaining project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Help coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
