12Go, being a part ofTraveliergroup, is the leading multimodal online travel agency based in Bangkok, Thailand. Founded in 2012, we offer train, flight, bus, and ferry tickets, as well as transfers, insurance, and other travel products globally.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership Specialist to join our team in the marketing domain. In the marketing department, decisions are driven by data and grounded in performance metrics to ensure meaningful, measurable results. Responsibilities:
- Travel within your country to identify and visit potential partners in the tourism transportation sector
- Actively promote 12Go's Affiliate and Reseller Programs through in-person sales outreach.
- Pitch the benefits of partnering with 12Go and close new partnership deals on the spot.
- Assist new partners with account setup and installation of marketing tools, such as QR codes.
- Ensure partners and their teams understand the value of the program and how to use it effectively.
- Maintain ongoing relationships and act as the main contact for partner questions and support.
- Report local market feedback and competitor insights to the central Business Development team.
- Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and activation process.
- Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods of several months at a time within your country.
- You are based locally and have strong knowledge of your countries travel and business environment.
- 1–3 years proven experience in sales representative, business development, or field outreach – ideally in tourism, tech, or services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – confident in pitching and closing deals face-to-face.
- Upper-intermediate level of English, additional local language.
- Self-organized and capable of planning and managing your own travel schedule.
- Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 80% of working time).
Nice to Have:
- Previous sales experience in the travel, tech, or hospitality industry.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing or OTA platforms.
- Familiarity with the regional travel landscape and customer needs.
Engaging work on a product that enables millions of travelers to book their trips daily;
